Applications of BBa_K4138003
We didn’t express CMI alone. Only in the fusion construct VVD-CMI (BBa_K4138005) we expressed CMI. For future experiments with VVD-CMI (BBa_K4138005) it would be helpful to express CMI alone to measure how long and how fast CMI can bind phosphate.
